PEAK/BEACH HOP $250pn OFF PEAK $200 pn - Lovely semi hosted (owners live on site) studio on semi rural section, set in well kept gardens. 1 super king size bed, shower, toilet, kitchenette (just basic, tea, coffee, microwave, toast equipment.), plus BBQ. Flat screen TV, small fridge, heated towel rail.
Sheets and towels are provided and can be laundered during the stay if more than 4 nights, fresh towels can be supplied. This is the perfect hideaway for a single person or couple, pets strictly by arrangement and at the owners discretion. The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.

No Smokers. No Pets (unless by prior arrangement)

FYI:
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking.There is a $59 admin fee and a security bond minimum of $300, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.

Check in time for peak is 2pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for off peak is 10am, check out 2pm, this could be subject to change if another booking overlaps. (Late checkout rates can apply).
