Sleeps 4 - 6. Gorgeous, modern, sunny two bedroom, one bathroom home in the perennially popular Sylvia Road, with bi-folds opening on to large wrap around deck. Modern well equipped kitchen with full size oven and hob. Just a couple of hundred meters or so to the beach. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a king single, one standard single. There is also 2 single mattresses if the kids don't mind. TV, DVD, VCR, CD, Washing machine, microwave, BBQ, Fridge freezer, some outdoor furniture. Hot water outdoor shower.

As with all of our rentals, please bring your own sheets & towels. The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.
FYI:
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking.There is a $59 agent's booking fee, a cleaning fee of $60 and a security bond minimum of $400, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
