COROMANDEL BUSH GLAMPING RETREAT

It's not that easy to find, and very secluded and private. Tapu-Coroglen Road, Tapu Side.

This is a 2.0284ha (5 acres) bush site with covenants that relate to native trees and shrubs, it’s a protected area.

This is the perfect, private, getaway and incorporates a cabin with Queen bed and long-drop toilet/lockup. The cabin is beautifully constructed inside and out (see pics) with sarked ceilings and match lining walls. Well insulated, it's warm and cosy for that winter sojourn. A brazier is the winter night heating device.

At night you'll hear on occasion, kiwis calling and mornings start with the dawn chorus of bird-life as the sunlight comes in. This is the true Kiwi “bug-out” property.

There is no water supply to the block, however a spring (on the site) has been identified and at this stage remains untapped by the vendors. There are no details on what this spring produces. The property is partially fenced.

At the gate to the property there is power and telecoms, but these have not been accessed as yet. These connections are just 20- 30 metres from where the cabin is located.

These bush blocks are rare and the owner is only selling due to health reasons.

This property is to be auctioned on-line on the 6th Dec 2020 at 6pm.
